07Children's Privacy

QUACKADE is a venue for families and children, and we take children's privacy seriously. Our website is intended for use by adults making bookings and purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online without verifiable parental consent, in keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). When a parent or guardian books a visit or party for a child, any information about that child is provided by the adult. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
