  • Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin and English

On the job

  • Daily inspections & machine repair
  • Troubleshoot electrical parts — motors, sensors, coin jams
  • Preventive maintenance & parts inventory
  • Keep clear repair logs

What you bring

  • Arcade-machine repair experience preferred
  • Basic electrical knowledge & comfortable with a multimeter
  • Mechanical aptitude & hands-on skills
  • Able to stand for long periods & lift heavy machines
  • Available nights, weekends & holidays

What you'll own

  • Oversee daily operations & guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, schedule & manage the attendant team
  • Supervise machine maintenance & repairs
  • Manage prize inventory, redemption supplies & consumables
  • Handle customer complaints & emergencies
  • Daily/weekly sales reports & reconciliation

What you bring

  • Fluent Mandarin & English, with strong written skills in both
  • 2+ years managing in arcade, entertainment or retail service
  • Comfortable with operations, scheduling, inventory & basic reconciliation
  • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving
  • Available nights, weekends & holidays
  • Valid work authorization
